Well,I seen that a women abandoned bought a home off of e bayed for $1.75. She was the highest Bidder for the home apparently not many people were looking for a particular home over there in Saginaw.I think they did a good thing by selling the home back to the community but only thing she really had to pay for was a foreclosure which was about $850 bucks for Yard and Back in Taxes for the home.
If I found a home like that with a low bid I would do that myself so at least someone will have a home for themselves.Its actually a decent spot for a home not many people around you probably one of those summer houses out in Michigan.Not sure how the weather is out there but probably better then most places I guess right? Even though Saginaw was in a bit of Economic troubles people still manage to live their still hopefully everything goes great for them.
