I think this is a bit awkward in my opinion a 5 yr old child bringing a load gun to school what if it went off and someone got killed? the parents would of been sued and there child would of went to a foster home because of someone leaving a gun around for a 5 yr old to pick it up and play with it doesn't it make any sense to you that if he was to shoot someone it would of been a classmate or the teacher?
I guess most people now days don't think anymore about what they are doing before doing it.I would of personally took the gun and took the bullets out of it if I was gonna live something around like that for a child to pick up.The guy that had it in his book bag shouldn't of known his cousin or whoever would pick it up knowing the child's age.People do stuff like this all the time but something this stupid can get you sued or put in jail for if it was dangerous.
